FAO and World Bank step up partnership to end hunger and poverty

In May and June, 2017, the World Bank signed new partnership agreements with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Food Program (WFP). Both agreements will help streamline the Bank's operational processes and build client capacity. Read more here. 



World Bank and Japanese CSOs discussed further partnership in Africa

On June 7, 2017, the World Bank and Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) Co-organizers had a meeting with Japan Citizen’s Network for TICAD (Afri-Can) to share ideas that inspire further partnership for African Development. Read more here.
